
With nations beginning to lose power, war became a profitable option for the Mishima Zaibatsu, which lead to Jin announcing the Zaibatsu as an independent nation, declaring war on the entire world. People began suspecting darkness in the president of the Mishima Zaibatsu, which lead to increased tension, fighting and eventually a full-scale war, with the entire world drawn in. Jin immediately changed the direction of the company, beginning various programs within the company and converted the Tekken Force into a spy project. Story Jin saluting his army during Tekken 6's CG introĪt the conclusion of The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 ( Tekken 5), Jin Kazama defeated his great grandfather and tournament sponsor Jinpachi Mishima and won the tournament, as well its its grand prize - the Mishima Zaibatsu. This version was later ported to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Portable, all of which were released worldwide. The game later received an enhanced re-release, titled Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, on December 18, 2008. When his father, Kazuya Mishima, who now leads the opposing G Corporation, puts a bounty on his head, Jin forms the sixth King of Iron Fist Tournament to lure Kazuya out.

After increased political tension, Jin uses the company's resources to both turn the Zaibatsu into a powerful independent nation and declare war on all other nations. The story is set sometime after the events of Tekken 5, where Jin Kazama defeats Jinpachi Mishima and becomes the new head of the Mishima Zaibatsu.

Character customization has also been enhanced, with certain items (such as weapons) granting new attacks. The sixth main installment of the Tekken series, Tekken 6 revamps the series' graphics and animation while introducing larger multi-tiered destructible arenas and two new gameplay mechanics: the "bound" system (where performing certain moves while juggling cause the opponent to bounce on the floor for additional combo potential) and the "rage" system (a catch-up mechanic where players' attacks deal additional damage on low vitality). Tekken 6 (not to be confused with the console versions of the game's update) is a 3D fighting game developed and released by Namco for arcades (using PS3-based Namco System 357 hardware) exclusively in Japan on November 26, 2007.
